Patate in purea
Product obtained using frozen potatoes as raw material.
The raw materials are put into the cooker together with the other ingredients and cooked until the desired parameters and specifications have been reached.
The product is packaged in aluminised bag-in-box at 98 °C and placed in a freezing tunnel to ensure correct freezing and pasteurisation.

Potatoes, sunflower oil, salt.

Open cartons, containing 1 aluminised bag, 10 or 20 kg
Pallet: 6 cartons for 6 layers, for a total of 720kg
