Soffritto
The product is made with carrots, onions and celery carefully selected. The raw material I chopped and put into the cooker together with the other ingredients and cooked until the required parameters and specifications have been reached. The product is packed in aluminised bags at 98°C, sealed and placed in a refrigeration tunnel to ensure pasteurization and cooling.

Open cartons, containing 1 aluminised bag, 10 or 20 kg
Pallet: 6 cartons for 6 layers, for a total of 720kg
