Zucchini, grilled, with soffritto
The raw materials for this product are slices of zucchini, carefully selected, grilled, grown in Spain, deep-frozen.
The raw materials are chopped and put into the cooker together with the other ingredients and cooked until the desired parameters and specifications have been reached.
The product is packaged in aluminised bag-in-box at 98 °C and placed in a freezing tunnel to ensure correct freezing and pasteurisation.

Open cartons, containing 1 aluminised bag, 10 or 20 kg
Pallet: 6 cartons for 6 layers, for a total of 720kg
