Hummus Cream
The product is made with pre-cooked chickpeas. The raw material is chopped and put into the cooker together with the other ingredients and cooked until the required parameters and specifications have been reached. The product is packed in aluminised bag-in-box at 98°C and placed in a refrigeration tunnel to ensure pasteurization and cooling.
Ingredients
Chickpeas, Sunflower oil, water, tahini, garlic, lemon juice and salt.

Open cartons, containing 1 aluminised bag, 10 or 20 kg
Pallet: 6 cartons for 6 layers, for a total of 720kg
