The product is made using artichoke bottoms, carefully selected, grown in Egypt or Tunisia, deep frozen. The raw material is chopped and put into the cooker together with the other ingredients and cooked until the required parameters and specifications have been reached. The product is packed in aluminised bag-in-box at 98 °C and placed in a refrigeration tunnel to ensure pasteurisation and cooling.
